Terms and Conditions for Peninsula Pharmacy & Private Prescription Service
We can only dispense medicines on an nhs or private prescription when we have received a prescription signed in writing by a practitioner who is registered with the relevant professional body . Prescriptions are issued entirely at the discretion of the prescriber. Peninsula Pharmacy is unable to guarantee that a request for a prescription will result in a prescription being issued by the prescriber.
We cannot be held responsible for failure of third party companies' inability to deliver medicines to the correct address or within any particular time or date. You are responsible for signing for packages containing medicines but any signature provided by another person at the delivery address given by you will be deemed to be receipt of the medicines and fulfilment of Peninsula Pharmacy’s obligations in dispensing that prescription.
GP Services
We are able to supply medicines that you use in your surgery and in your emergency bag. To comply with the legal aspect of supplying these drugs we require a practice address, a signed order (that is to be posted to us) and the GMC registration number of the Doctor who signs the order. Also we need a contact telephone number should we need to contact the practice.
Delivery Service
Postage to other countries will be at the discretion of Peninsula Pharmacy and may include addidtional postage costs. We will contact you if this occurs. If we are unable to deliver your order we will issue a full refund within 48hrs.
Age Restriction
You must be 18 and over to purchase items from this website.
