Calpol Six Plus Fastmelts

For mild to moderate pain and as an antipyreticrelieve pain and bring down fever (high temperature). Calpol Six Plus Fastmelts can be used to relieve headaches, sore throats, aches and pains associated with colds and flu.

Dose: Children 6-12 years: 1-2 tablets Over 12 years 2-4 tablets. Leave at least 4 hours between doses, up to a maximum of 4 doses ion 24 hours. Do not give continuously for more than 3 days without consulting a doctor.

Who Can Use It: Children over 6 years.

Caution: Not recommended for children under 6 years. Contrainicated in phylketonuria. Use with caution in severe hepatic or renal dysfunction.

Possible Side Effects: With long term use can cause liver and kidney damage. People taking paracetamol in the usual way for shorter periods do not have these problems.
