Calpol Sugar-free Infant Suspension Six Plus

Treatment of mild to moderate pain including teething pain and as an antipyretic (to reduce temperature and fever), including post-vaccination.

Dose: Over 12 years: 10-20ml every 4 hours. Maximum 80ml in 24 hours. Children 6-12 years: 5-10ml every 4 hours. Maximum of 40ml in 24 hours.

Who Can Use It: Children 6 years and over. Can be used for adults who cannot swallow tablets.

Caution: Use with caution in severe hepatic or renal dysfunction. Do not give for more than 3 days continuously without consulting a doctor. Do not give to babies aged 2-3 months weighing less than 4kg or those who were born before 37 weeks.

Possible Side Effects: Tell your doctor as soon as is possible if you notice any of the following: Skin rashes or any other allergies. Rarely people taking paracetamol can feel tired, get unexpected bruising or bleeding and get more infections (such as colds) more than usual.
