Folic acid tablets 400mcg

The development of the neural tube is one of the critical early stages in the development of a baby in a mother's womb. It is at this stage that defects such as spina bifida can occur. It has been shown that a supplement of folic acid taken during this critical period, can help protect the baby and ensure the correct development of the neural tube

Dose: Take 1 tablet per day

Who Can Use It: For women who are in the first three months of pregnancy, or trying to conceive. Continue until the end of the third month of pregnancy.
