Treatment of scabies and crab lice

Dose: For scabies: A single application is usually sufficient to clear the infection. Adults and children over 12 years: Up to 1 tube (2 exceptionally). Children 6-12 years: Up to 1/2 tube, 1-5 years: Up to 1/4 tube. Two months to 1 year: Up to 1/8 of a tube. Adults and children over 2 years: Apply to the whole body, excluding head, with particular attention to areas between fingers and toes, wrists, elbows, armpits, knees, external genitalia, buttocks and under finger and toe nails. In women, the breasts should be treated, Children between 2 months and 2 years: Use under medical supervision. The application is as for adults, but also include palms, soles, face, neck, scalp and ears, but avoid areas close to eyes and mouth. The whole treated area should be washed thoroughly after 8-12 hours, but reapply to hands in the meantime if washed with soap during the treatment period.

Who Can Use It: Adults and children

Caution: Use in pregnancy or breastfeeding under medical supervision. Avoid contact with eyes

Possible Side Effects: Occasionally burning or stinging of the skin occurs. Treatment of scabies may result in continued or increased irritation for a short while. This may show as redness of the skin, a rash or itching. You might find that the itching you have been experiencing continues for up to 4 weeks after the treatment, this is normal and is caused by an allergic reaction to the dead scabies mites.
