Nicorette Nasal Spray

For the treatment of nicotine dependence and the rapid relief of withdrawal symptoms which may occur during smoking cessation. It may be of particular benefit to the most heavily dependent smokers

Dose: Smoking cessation: Stop smoking during treatment. Restrict use to 3 months. Maximum of 64 sprays per day (1 into each nostril twice an hour for 16 hours) for up to 8 weeks to relieve craving. For the next 2 weeks, reduce use by half. Final 2 weeks, reduce to zero. Adults: Chew slowly until the taste becomes strong (about 1 minute) then stop and rest the gum against the cheek. When the taste fades chew a few times until the taste gets strong, then rest the gum again.

Who Can Use It: Adults.
