Stomach » Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Ingredients: White sugar coated tablets containing mebevine hydrochloride 135mg. The tablets also contains: lactose, starch (maize or potato), povidone, talc, magnesium stearate. The sugar coating contains talc, sucrose, gelatin, acacia, carnauba wax.
Colofac IBS
Symptomatic treatment of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Colofac IBS is one of a group of medicines called antispasmodics. This a very common condition which causes spasm and pain in the gut or intestine. Antispasmodic medicines work is by relieving the spasm and pain.
Dose: Adults and Children 10 years and over : One tablet three times daily, preferably 20 minutes before a meal
Who Can Use It: Adults and Children over 10 years old.
Caution: Pregnant women should consult doctor before use.
Possible Side Effects: Rarely, people taking Colofac IBS may develop allergic reactions. Seek professional advice if this happens.
