Delivery & Returns

Peninsula Pharmacy Delivery Service

Peninsula Pharmacy will deliver goods to the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland and mainland Europe.

United Kingdom and Northern Ireland

There is a delivery charge of £1.50 on all orders, with free delivery on all orders above £20.00.

Delivery is free in Ivybridge, South Brent and surrounding areas for all orders.

Outside of the United Kingdom

Postage to other countries will be at the discretion of Peninsula Pharmacy and may include addidtional postage costs. We will contact you if this occurs. If we are unable to deliver your order we will issue a full refund within 48hrs.



Problem With Your Delivery

Damaged Items?

Once you have received your delivery, inspect it for any sign of damage. If the goods arrived damaged, please e-mail us at: customerservices@peninsulapharmacy.co.uk. In order for us to deal with your enquiry as efficiently as possible please contact us within three working days of receiving your delivery and include the following information:

  • a full description of the damage that has occurred;
  • your name;
  • your order number;
  • your full contact details.

Missing items?

If you find that some items are missing please thoroughly check the packaging again. If you are certain that an item is missing then please e-mail us at customerservices@peninsulapharmacy.co.uk. In order for us to deal with your enquiry as efficiently as possible please contact us within three working days with the following information:

  • a description of the missing item;
  • your name;
  • your order number;
  • your full contact details.

Wrong items supplied?

If you have been sent an incorrect item please return the item to us in the same condition as it was sent.

Please e-mail us at customerservices@peninsulapharmacy.co.uk within three working days of receiving your delivery and provide full details of:

  • the missing item;
  • your name;
  • order number;
  • contact details.


Changed Your Mind?

If you decide within 3 days after you receive your goods, that you no longer require your order, please contact. The item or items are only eligible for return if it is returned to us in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Please note that certain items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or sent incorrectly.

In order for us to deal with your enquiry as efficiently as possible please email us at customerservices@peninsulapharmacy.co.uk with the following information.

  • your name;
  • your order number;
  • your full contact details.

Please note that we will not refund delivery charges.
